By placing an order with Bishops Bakes, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Orders & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed.
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received.
Prices are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Celebration cake and bespoke orders are non-refundable once confirmed.
Event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by us.
If Bishops Bakes cancels an event, a full refund will be issued.

4. Collection & Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing correct collection/delivery details.
Once a cake or order has been collected, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We are not liable for damage once products have left our premises.

5. Allergens

We are not a nut-free bakery. While precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
Customers with allergies must contact us before placing an order.

6. Product Information

All products are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance. Images on our website are for guidance only.

7. Wedding Cakes

A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your wedding date.
Final balances must be paid by the agreed date prior to the wedding.
Design changes must be agreed before final payment.

8. Intellectual Property

All images, branding, and content on this website remain the property of Bishops Bakes and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Liability

Our liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
